In fact, in my years as a health researcher, omega-3 fish oil pills may be the only thing that deserves all the praise heaped upon it.

What I found interesting about omega-3 fatty acids is that both alternative and conventional medicine agree on the many health benefits of supplementing with omega-3 fatty acids.

The evidence about omega-3 fish oil pills is so overwhelming that even many doctors and practitioners will recommend increasing your dosage by eating the right foods or through supplementation.

Several experts and researchers believe that omega-3 fats are the missing link in our modern diet.

The large majority of people are deficient in these fats, which is believed to be one of the reason why there is so much heart disease, depression, behavioral disorders, cancers and people not being able to lose weight.

Many clinical studies have shown that when people start getting more omega-3 fats into their diet, these health conditions and disorders improve dramatically.

Before we dive into specific health conditions that may benefit significantly from omega-3 supplementation, of which high-quality, proven effective and pure fish oils are the best source, I would like to tell you why omega-3 fatty acids are so important for our health.

Omega 3 Fatty Acid Fact: The human brain consists of 60% fat, and around half of that fat is DHA, one of the omega-3 fatty acids.

One of our most important organs–our brain, controls our body and is comprised by a tremendous amount of fat.

Many are unaware of this. A big portion of the fat in our brain is the omega 3 fat called DHA, or docosahexaenoic acid.

What this means is that nature intended our brains to be powered by fats, so to speak.

It has been proven that if you do not have enough of these fats, your brain will not function properly.

When we fail to provide the fats that our brain needs, it starts to develop ailments and diseases.

6 Health Benefits You Have to Know About Fish Oil Pills

Why do I and so many others consider omega-3 fatty acids to practically be a miracle when it comes to your health? Let’s look at a few health conditions and disorders that these powerful fats may improve.

#1 – Brain Function & Health

Omega-3 fatty acid deficiencies can lead to health problems, such as: anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, postpartum depression, Alzheimer’s, ADD and ADHD.

Researchers from the Harvard School of Public Health have proven without a shadow of doubt that omega-3 fatty acids can prevent, reduce and even eliminate these problems. Even if you’re completely healthy, studies have discovered that high-quality fish oil supplements can improve your brain function very effectively.

#2 – Heart Health

One of the most well-known benefits of fish oils is its ability to protect your heart and cardiovascular system. It wasn’t long ago that heart disease was the #1 killer in the Western world. Only recently has cancer surpassed it.

Omega-3 fatty acids have been proven to help both healthy people and those suffering from heart disease. These essential fats effectively protect your heart if you are susceptible to heart disease because of your family history.

“Omega-3 fatty acids have been shown to benefit the heart of healthy people, and those at risk of — or who already have cardiovascular disease” - The American Heart Association

#3 – Arthritis

Did you know that a lot of the aches and pains associated with arthritis are due to inflammation? This is why studies have shown that fish oil supplementation, rich in omega 3′s, can help alleviate these pains in those who suffer from rheumatoid arthritis.

Some research has even discovered that high quality fish oils can help reduce the amount of medication that arthritis sufferers have to take.

#4 – Pregnant or Nursing Mothers

It is undeniable that the omega-3 fatty DHA and EPA are crucial for the development of a fetus. The brain, eyes and nervous system of a growing baby need omega-3 fats to develop properly.

These essential fats cannot be manufactured by our body’s, so we have to get them from an external source. Molecularly distilled fish oil supplements are an excellent choice for pregnant or nursing mothers. Consult with your doctor first, of course.

#5 – Skin Problems & Aging

Fish oils have been proven to increase the moisture and firmness of skin and help you look younger. It has also been shown to reduce conditions, such as psoriasis, acne or even eczema.

I have personally suffered from eczema and I know how embarrassing it can be to suffer from it. These conditions are mainly inflammatory problems and fish oils have been proven to be highly anti-inflammatory, which makes them the perfect remedy

#6 – Cancer

As I said above, cancer is now the leading cause of death in America. Exciting recent research is showing that omega-3 fats may help prevent cancer from forming and also help it from progressing if it has already ocurred.

Although more studies are needed, there is no doubt that omega-3 fatty acids can improve your health and well-being tremendously.

These 6 health benefits are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to what omega-3 fatty acids can do for your health. There is a problem with many supplements today though…

The Problem With Fish Oil Supplements Today

Almost all companies today try to make more and more money. This leads to unhealthy foods and supplements that cause cancer and a host of other problems in the long-run.

This is why doctors and experts today do not recommend that you eat more than two or three servings of fatty fish per week. Eating too much of the wrong kinds of fish can make you very ill.

The same goes for fish oil supplements. The nutritional supplement market is largely unregulated, which means that there are a lot of low-quality products out there that you have to watch out for.

Many fish species contain pollutants and toxins that are poisonous. The good news is that there are companies that only use the purest fish. They also use a purification method called molecular distillation, which ensure effective and safe fish oil products.

How to Find the Best Fish Oil Pills

If you really want to take advantage of the full health benefits that fish oil supplements have to offer, you should look for a molecularly distilled fish oil supplement.

Molecular distillation is a process that ensures pharmaceutical grade purity and safety. It effectively removes any contaminants and toxins from the healthy omega-3 oils.

Many believe that properly purified fish oil supplements are expensive, but that is not the case at all if you can find the right company.

I have compared a lot of different supplements to each other. What I have found is that the majority of products out there are not effective and can be outright dangerous if used for prolonged periods of time.

There are many traps you can fall into when you’re buying nutritional supplements, which is why you want to stay educated and know what has been proven to be safe and effective.

Here are my criteria for evaluation fish oil supplements:

● Type of fish being used — is it naturally high in DHA and EPA omega 3?
● Is it properly purified — or is it dangerous?
● Is the fish caught locally to where the product is produced, ensuring freshness?
● Does the product tell you exactly what is in it?
● How many servings does it contain per bottle?

It is worth asking these questions if you want to find a supplement that you can benefit from for the rest of your life. I have personally found such a supplement. I have even recommended it to my close friends and family, who have experienced the same health benefits that I have.

The product that I, my family and my friends take is called Omega-3 / DHA Fish Oil and it is produced by a company in New Zealand called Xtend-Life.

5 Reasons Why I Like Xtend-Life & Their Fish Oil

In the end it is up to you to find a fish oil supplement that you like, but after a long time of researching and trying different products, here are 4 reasons why I really like Xtend-Life’s fish oil.

#1 – Synergistic Formula

Xtend-Life’s uses a special formula where they blend hoki and tuna oil together. This produces a synergistic effect that enhances the health benefits by up to 2½ times compared to other products on the market today.

#2 – Purity

One of the most important things about a fish oil is purity and safety. Xtend-Life uses molecular distillation and they catch their fish from the purest waters today. These waters are a bit off the coast of Southern New Zealand and they are virtually untouched by humanity.

#3 – Price

Price is always an issue, but Xtend-Life has made their products very affordable. One month’s supply costs $16.85 and if you join their loyalty program you get special discounts and free shipping as well, so the price goes down even more.

#4 – Guarantee

Xtend-Life has a 100% satisfaction guarantee, which means that if you’re not entirely happy with their products, you can return them and get a full refund. However, I am pretty sure that you won’t want to return their fish oil.

Even if you decide on using a different brand than the Xtend-Life fish oils, you should at least read the information presented at their website, as it will educate you much further, and in simple fashion, on how to choose a really good omega 3 product.

#5 – Free Shipping

As I mentioned above, if you join their loyalty program–you get free shipping. You can also get free shipping if your order surpasses $60. That means that if you order 4 bottles of omega-3, it’s free.

You can also order 1 x Total Balance and 1 x Omega-3, which I highly recommend, because I use both on a daily basis. Total Balance is their multi-nutrient formula, which has been proven to be highly effective and beneficial when combined with their fish oil.

I have no doubt that Xtend-Life’s products will improve your health, just like they have done for me, my friends and my family. If you want to learn more about their omega-3 fish oil–click here now.

All the Best,

Those suffering from depression are all too familiar with the roller coaster that is trying to find the perfect treatment.

Or they may be like most: suffering in silence due to being embarrassed about the stigma of a “mental illness.”

Very few people with depression get the benefits that many commercials for prescription drugs promise.

And it’s no wonder!

Antidepressant medications can cause side effects including fuzzy thinking, fatigue, weight gain and suicidal thoughts (yes, you read that right – some antidepressant medications can cause suicidal thoughts!).

Unfortunately, these medications are often layered to combat the side effects of each other… leaving those people in a mental fog, feeling worse than ever!

By no means does this article imply you should stop taking any antidepressant medication without consulting your doctor. DO NOT DO THIS.

However, if you are not currently taking an antidepressant but feel that you have mild to moderate depression, or if you are curious about a natural way to boost the effectiveness of your antidepressant, there may be a simple, natural solution for you!

Fish oil supplements that contain omega 3 essential fatty acids (EFAs) have been proven by research to reduce and sometimes eliminate the symptoms of depression – and, to help prevent mental illness in the first place!

Humans cannot produce EFAs on their own, yet they are essential for proper brain function. Additionally, they promote stable moods, increased focus, and mental well-being among a host of other physical benefits.

Since omega 3 benefits depression, taking omega 3 in the form of natural fish oil supplements is a cost-effective, risk-free way to test the waters (no pun intended) and see if this natural alternative might boost the effectiveness of your current antidepressant, or if you are not already taking antidepressants, help alleviate your symptoms without the need for prescription medications.

If you have struggled with depression and been to doctor after doctor looking for relief, only to be told to exercise more or get more sleep (as you laughed silently to yourself; if it were only that easy!), you know how frustrating it can be to try and find your content, happy “old” self.

Because omega 3 benefits depression, you may find the relief you have been seeking without a prescription and without the risk of unpleasant side effects.

Studies been conducted that show omega 3 benefits depression. A respected psychiatrist, Jim Phelps M.D., has dedicated his life to helping those with moderate to severe mental illness including depression, bipolar disorder and even schizophrenia.

Through his and his colleagues’ research, he has seen astonishing success and has received many testimonials from patients about how omega 3 benefits those suffering with depression.

If you want to take advantage of these kind of fish oil benefits, you first have to make sure you find the best supplement out there. For that I recommend you look for a proven pure fish oil supplement.

With the craze surrounding omega 3 fatty acids and the numerous health benefits that they are capable of providing.

Many parents have wondered about increasing the amount of fish that their children consume.

This is only natural, as parents want their children to experience the same increase in health benefits that they do.

There has been a popular myth circulating, however, that fish oil for children is an unwise idea and could actually potentially be dangerous. This is a complete falsehood, as long as you are wise about how you feed fish and fish oil to your children.

The truth is that fish oil for children is only dangerous if the product has not been purified properly. When feeding fish to children, only the best and the cleanest fish should be used in order to ensure that optimum health benefits are experienced without any harm.

Scientific studies and medical research have shown that there are benefits of fish oil for children that begin as early as while the baby is still developing in the womb.

The DHA or docosahexaenoic present in the omega 3 fatty acids aids in the development of the eyes and the brain of the baby in when mom increases her consumption of these essential omega 3′s.

There are other ways that fish oil for children can be a beneficial thing as well. Many manufacturers of baby formula products are beginning to add it to their formulas because scientific studies are showing that children that received docosahexaenoic (DHA) and other omega 3 essential fatty acids have performed better on tests measuring their vision and mental development in comparison to those that have not.

There have been other scientific studies that have showed that these omega 3 fatty acids in babies have led to increased intelligence in adulthood.

Another common link when it comes to administering fish oil for children has to do with ADD and ADHD, a condition that is becoming increasingly common.

Parents who are increasing their child’s intake of fish rich in essential fatty acids have been able to avoid administering powerful medications such as Ritalin, as these essential fatty acids have shown to be capable of calming down children struggling with ADD and ADHD, allowing their ability to focus to return.

While the myth states that omega 3 fatty acids found in fish oil are not healthy for children, the truth about fish oil for children is that these essential fatty acids have many of the same positive health benefits as giving fish oil to adults.

The way to ensure that taking these essential fatty acids is completely safe and healthy for children is to make sure that they are only given the cleanest and purest fish to ensure that there are no toxins or harmful substances for them to ingest.

It is also recommended that you give them high-quality fish oil capsules, as these can be even safer than fish, if you find a properly purified supplement. My family and I personally buy from a company in New Zealand, which produces what I’ve found to be the highest-quality products.

Fish is a healthy addition to any nutrition plan, but now there are even more reasons to make sure that children are getting enough lean fish to eat. Fish oil for children can be an excellent way to begin their development.

Flax seed oil and fish oil are the main natural sources of omega 3 fatty acids.

And Flax does have lots of it.

The question is, is it really a replacement for fish oil?

Omega-3 fatty acids, usually from fish oil, have been shown to reduce inflammation and help prevent certain chronic diseases such as heart disease and arthritis. Improve mood and fight depression.

Studies are mixed about whether flax seed oil is useful for the same conditions.

It’s Got Omega 3s In It, Isn’t It The Same?

The conundrum begins with the fact that all omega-3 fats aren’t created equal. Flax contains alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). Most medical studies that have been done are on EPA and DHA that are found in fish oil.

The ALA actually has to be converted in your body to EPA and DHA . Before you get the benefits.

When you look at the numbers. It contains 50 – 60% omega-3 fatty acids in the form of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA).

That is actually more than what is found in almost all ordinary fish oils.

This is where the conversion problem comes in. Researchers at the University of Maryland have shown that people with schizophrenia have a very low percentage of conversion from ALA to the useful forms.

The EPA and DHA. To get the antidepressant benefits these patients had to take fish oil, which have the fatty acids in the ready-made form. Could it be that other medical conditions behave the same?

Drawbacks of Flax Seed Oil

Spoils easily and must be refrigerated and kept in a dark sealed container. Avoid oils on the regular shelves or in clear containers

Low conversion rates in the body to usable EPA and DHA, about 7 to 1

Contains phyto estrogens

People with medical conditions like schizophrenia have shown an inability to convert ALA into useful fatty acids

ALA may be associated with increased risk of prostate cancer in men

Should You Buy Flax Seed Oil? Is It All Bad?

Of course not. But when we are talking about a source of omega 3 it doesn’t even come close to the real thing.

Our body has to do all the work to actually convert the ALA into a useful form. It’s a little like going to IKEA.

You see that lovely piece of furniture and think to yourself. Yes, that’s exactly what I want.

Then you head downstairs and collect it. What you get is a flat brown cardboard package, you then head home and spend the whole evening putting the pieces together.

Not to mention those mysterious left over bits.

If you want make sure you are gettting the full benefits reported in medical studies and and the news a good quality fish oil is the answer.

When you think of clearing up your acne, you probably think of using cleansers, toners, medications and moisturizers.

But the last thing you would probably consider would be using oil to help alleviate your breakouts.

However, using fish oil for acne may help clear up your breakouts in addition to a host of other benefits!

Now, you may be thinking, how is this fish oil going to help clear up my acne? Am I going to rub fish oil all over my face?

No, but increasing the amount of fish oil in your diet can help you successfully combat breakouts by affecting several processes in the body.

Using fish oil for acne treatment begins by reducing inflammation of existing breakouts. Essential fatty acids found in fish oil increase the levels of anti-inflammatory prostaglandins in the body.

Prostaglandins are found in every cell, and they are synthesized in the cells by Gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), Arachidonic acid (AA) and Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA). GLA and AA are Omega 6 fatty acids, which are pro-inflammatory and produce leukotriene B4, a prostaglandan that is also pro-inflammatory.

This leukotriene B4 may promote breakouts due to its pro-inflammatory properties. A diet too high in Omega 6 and not high enough in Omega 3 may also be conducive to breakouts for this reason.

Increasing EPA, which is an anti-inflammatory prostaglandan and is an Omega 3 fatty acid, can help restore balance between Omega 3 and Omega 6, and reduce the inflammation in the body thus reduce acne.

Omega 3 is an essential component of fish oil, so fish oil for acne treatment is largely recommended based on this balance of prostaglandans in the body. Be certain to focus on Omega 3 fish oil and not an Omega 3-Omega 6 blend if taking fish oil for acne.

Further, Omega 3 fatty acids found in fish oil can help regulate the production of androgens. Androgens, hormones that promote sebum production, are particularly active during teenage years.

However, androgens can be found in higher levels in adults and can contribute to acne breakouts. By increasing Omega 3 in the form of fish oil, you can help reduce the over-production of sebum and keep your pores clear.

So, how do you use fish oil for acne? Should you eat fish for three meals per day, every day? Certainly not! Eating too much oily fish can put you at risk for heavy metal toxicity, as these heavy metals, particularly mercury, tend to build up in the fish meat.

A safe and effective way to consume fish oil for acne treatment is to find a pure, filtered fish oil supplement. The fish oil that is collected from the fish does not come from the fish meat, so it does not carry the risk of heavy metal toxicity.

A high-quality fish oil should not smell fishy, and should be processed with the lowest oxidation levels possible to ensure freshness and prevent side effects found in lower-quality supplements like “fish burps.” A quality fish oil supplement will not produce these side effects!

Finally, you want to choose a fish oil supplement for acne treatment that is not synthetic–the best formula is a 50/50 blend of hoki oil in its natural triglyceride form and a concentrated molecularly distilled tuna oil in an ethyl ester form.

Both are exceptionally pure and easily absorbed by the body due to their omega-3s maintaining a natural molecular shape.

With all the supplements available at the drug store or online today, it’s a wonder consumers can make heads or tails of what’s healthy, what’s necessary and what’s beneficial for them.

And, many “healthy” supplements have unpleasant side effects, so how does one make a choice about what to take?

It’s true, we could probably benefit from taking a little bit of this and a little bit of that.

But why piece together a set of supplements that only provide a few benefits when one simple fish oil capsule can provide a host of benefits with few to no drawbacks?

Typically, fish oil capsules are associated with weight loss, and there is some buzz about fish oil capsules improving the condition of hair and skin.

However, the best fish oil capsules provide a host of benefits in one simple supplement. No need to buy bottles and bottles of supplements when so many benefits can be obtained from just one: fish oil capsules.

Fish oil capsules improve the function of nearly all of the body’s systems, and more healthy effects are being discovered regularly. Fish oil capsules can provide the following health benefits:

Cardiovascular health, lowered cholesterol and lowered triglycerides

Improved brain function, focus, concentration

Reduced depression and improved symptoms of bipolar disorder

May prevent schizophrenia or lessen the effects of the disease

Healthier skin, reduced acne and fewer wrinkles

Reduces or prevents post-partum depression

Improves ocular health, vision and prevents macular degeneration

Promotes fat loss and increases metabolism

Reduces inflammation in the body and eases the pain of arthritis

Helps improve symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease

Heals peptic ulcers and reduces symptoms of Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis

The most common side effect of taking fish oil capsules is actually more of a manageable nuisance. Some individuals taking fish oil capsules report instances of “fish burps,” but there are several strategies to help reduce these gastrointestinal inconveniences:

Take fish oil capsules with food

Freeze fish oil capsules

Drink a large glass of water with fish oil capsules

Choose only pure, natural fish oil capsules with no synthetic ingredients

A few other side effects have been reported in rare instances, but are often connected to existing medical conditions or other prescription medications.

People taking blood thinners may experience increased bruising or reduced clotting abilities and should consult a doctor before taking fish oil capsules.

Typically, if you are taking any prescription medication or have an existing medical condition, as with any supplements, it is wise to discuss your regime with a physician before beginning to take fish oil capsules.

Symptoms of omega-3 deficiency may include:

Excessive ear wax

Sun-induced headaches

Slow healing of open wounds

Depressed moods or irritability; mood swings

Frequent yeast infections

Dry skin or dandruff

Chronic inflammation or inflammatory diseases

Craving fatty foods

Cramping in the legs, especially when walking

Joint pain

Fuzzy thinking or inability to concentrate/focus

Type II diabetes

Cardiovascular disease

Extreme fatigue

Insomnia

If you experience any of these symptoms, it may be wise for you to try fish oil capsules or discuss fish oil capsule treatment with your physician.

Even healthy adults are recommended to get more omega-3 fatty acids into your diet. I can say from personal experience that fish oil supplements have improved my health tremendously.

You may find that one simple fish oil capsule regimen may relieve a host of the above symptoms without requiring many different medications and supplements. Fish oil capsules are not only good for the body and mind, they’re good for your wallet as well!

Have you heard about the correlation between fish oil and weight loss?

Are you uncertain about taking fish oil for weight loss because you are not sure why or how it works? It’s time to get educated on the benefits of fish oil for weight loss.

There are actually many scientific studies that prove that fish oil supports weight loss.

Fish oil is inexpensive, scientifically backed, and can set you on the right path to shed those unwanted pounds. Omega-3 fatty acids have long been known to support weight loss.

Fish Oil comes from the tissues of many fatty fish, and provides omega–3 fatty acids which the body needs for many systems to work properly.

Because fish oil provides healthy omega-3 fatty acids to the body and the brain, which help send signals to the body that weight needs to be shed, it becomes clear that fish oil and weight loss are linked.

Many studies have proven the connection between fish oil and weight loss. Fish oils contain a high level of DHA, which when taken into the body, helps people burn more fat and lose weight more easily.

It also helps people lower their risk for many diseases that are connected to higher rates of obesity.

Individuals who do not get enough DHA from their diet, and do not supplement, have been proven to be more prone to being overweight, and have more difficulty losing weight when they try, then those individuals who do take fish oil supplements regularly.

A recent study done at the university of Georgia proves that fish oil with high levels of DHA causes pre fat cells to die off before they actually become fat cells.

Another study done at the University of South Australia found that fish oil capsules combined with regular activity or physical exercise causes the body to shed more fat than doing the same amount of activity without omega-3 fatty acid supplements.

As you can see, fish oil and weight loss are connected in many ways.

Now that you can see the benefits between fish oil and weight loss, it’s time to choose the right fish oil supplement for you.

You need to make sure that you select a fish oil supplement with high DHA levels, because that main active ingredient is the one that has proven to have the most benefits with regard to weight loss.

You also want to make sure that you find a pure and proven effective supplement that has been tested by independent laboratories.

There are plenty of products out there that are unsafe, but they are easy to avoid.

The supplement I personally have been using for a long time, and that has been proven to be one of the most effective and safe supplements on the market today comes from the company Xtend-Life.

Their products are all natural, high in DHA and can help you quickly and easily set yourself on the path to weight loss.

The connection between fish oil and weight loss is a strong one. Get started on weight loss the healthy way, with a high-quality fish oil supplement.

If you are pregnant, you most likely have a lot of questions about nutrition, especially fish oil and pregnancy.

We all want our children to grow strong and healthy. This is easier than ever today with all the information available at your fingertips.

What many mothers may not know is which vitamins and minerals are important for their baby’s development while in the womb.

Fish oil and pregnancy have long been linked together. Fish oil has an abundance of DHA, which is the most active ingredient in fish oil.

It is one of the omega 3 fatty acids found in high-quality fish oil. How to appropriately use fish oil while pregnant is an important question.

Also, many people may be interested in knowing exactly what fish oil does to your developing child, and why it is important. Fish oil and pregnancy are important issues for expectant mothers.

New studies on fish oil and pregnancy have proven that babies who are newly born to women who have a large amount of fatty acids in their bloodstream, have the tendency to develop at a quicker pace.

They also have been proven to have longer attention spans and an increased ability to focus.

In fact, these babies whose mothers had ingested high levels of omega 3 fatty acids while pregnant are a full 2 months ahead of their peers!

All of this goes a long way to proving the effect that DHA, one important fish oil component, plays in the early development of children in the womb.

Many people might forget about the connection between fish oil and pregnancy and think that they are consuming enough fish regularly to get enough omega 3 fatty acids.

They think that the fish oil garnered from their diet will be enough to provide their newborn the edge that fish oil will play in its early development.

They may think that their levels of omega 3 fatty acids must be high enough already. Sadly, this is not the case.

Women would have to consume an exceptionally large amount of fish to garner the benefits of having a high DHA level.

Many women do not want to take the risk of eating a large amount of seafood while pregnant because of mercury levels.

High mercury levels, which are found in the majority of fish today, can cause damage to the baby when ingested by the mother.

If high levels of fish are out, how else can you solve the issue of getting fish oil while pregnant? Fish oil supplements are a great way to go.

You should look for an all natural fish oil supplement with high DHA levels for the greatest benefit.

There are many vitamin and mineral suppliers that are producing supplements that are low in quality.

Make sure that whichever company you pick holds themselves to strict processing standards.

Fish oil and pregnancy are clearly connected. If you find yourself pregnant and need fish oil, make sure that you purchase the best, high quality supplements for you and your new baby.

If you’re interested in learning more about one of the purest and safest fish oils available today, and what I personally use on a daily basis–click here now.

Are you suffering from depression, and looking for a natural cure to end your feelings of hopelessness, nausea, or lethargy?

Have you looked at more medicinal solutions but have dismissed them due to overwhelming side effects, price or access?

A high-quality fish oil product exists that can not only ease your symptoms of depression but can do it inexpensively and easily.

Fish oil and depression have long been linked together. Omega-3 fatty acids from fish is a well known beneficial substance for the human body that has been used to treat numerous health problems for many years.

Fish oil comes from the tissues of fatty fish like cod, salmon, tuna and hoki. For years scientists have known that those who are deficient in omega-3 fats are more prone to suffer from depression, heart issues and a host of other ailments.

Because fish oil provides healthy omega 3 fatty acids to the body and the brain, then clearly fish oil and depression are linked. When fish oil enters into your body it does many important things.

It helps your brain function to the height of its abilities and provides support for your nervous system. In people with depression, their brains and their nervous systems need support.

Numerous scientific studies have touted the link between fish oil and depression. Israeli researchers have proven that many childhood episodes of depression can be made better with fish oil supplementation.

Within 4 weeks the depressed children taking fish oil had significantly improved their mood, and the depression symptoms had shown significant relief.

At least three scientific trials in the United States have shown extreme improvement in depression symptoms when a high-quality fish oil had been administered.

It also has been shown, when studied at the University of Kuopio in Finland, to reduce suicide risk, which can be a common symptom of depression.

An imbalance of chemicals is often what lies at the root of many mental aggravators. That’s why fish oil and depression are so inexplicably tied. Fish oil has the natural ability to moderate the chemicals that cause anxieties and depression.

Now that you have noticed the correlation between fish oil and depression, it’s time to find the right fish oil supplement for you to take.

With fish oil supplements, like with many other vitamins and minerals, there is a distinct difference in quality of the substance when comparing multiple vitamin and mineral providers.

Xtend-Life is a company that I highly respect. I have been using their omega-3 supplement for a long time with great results.

Their supplements are among the highest-quality that you can find today, so they are perfect in giving your body the nutrients that it needs to naturally relieve depression.

The fish oil they sell is free from any contaminants, has low oxidation levels, is anti inflammatory, comes in its natural form, and has a high DHA content.

DHA is the most powerful known ingredient in fish oil, and it is important that your fish oil contains a high amount of it to get the best results.

Many products on other sites may have processed their fish oil in an alternate manner, or have less DHA in the product.

It is very important that you only use the purest fish oil supplement that is made from the highest-quality fish available today.

Omega-3 fatty acids are essential fatty acids that are found in the natural oils in many fish varieties. This variety of fish oil has been the subject of scientific research as well as nutritional studies over the past few decades.

Researchers and doctors have worked to explore the health benefits that fish oil is capable of providing through its rich source of omega-3 fatty acids.

Eating varieties of fish that are rich in omega-3 fatty acids has been proven to benefit general health in a number of ways. One such way is the impact fish oil has on cholesterol.

According to the AHA, the American Heart Association, there have been scientific clinical trials that have proven that omega 3 essential fatty acids from various natural food sources are effective in reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases or CVD.

Fish oil, which is abundant in these essential fatty acids is therefore capable of reducing the risk of certain heart conditions including heart arrhythmias and heart diseases.

The omega 3 fatty acids found in the oil from certain species of fish has been proven through scientific study and medical research to have a profound impact on cholesterol, showing that there is a direct link between fish oil and cholesterol.

It has been shown to lower the levels of the LDL (Low density lipoprotein) cholesterol, which is the unhealthy cholesterol in the body, while increasing the levels of the HDL (High density lipoprotein) cholesterol, which is the healthy cholesterol in the body.

There are other links between fish oil and cholesterol, as the omega 3 fatty acids have proven to be capable of preventing the accumulation of triglycerides.

Reducing the body’s level of excess triglycerides will reduce the risk of diabetes and other heart related conditions. People who suffer from certain types of diabetes have been shown to be more prone to heart problems and cholesterol issues.

The link between fish oil and cholesterol health is an important one, as lowering and regulating one’s cholesterol can help to reduce the incidence of experiencing heart disease.

Bad cholesterol is capable of having a negative impact on general health in addition to your heart health, and so regulating cholesterol with the help of the omega 3 essential fatty acids found in fish can be vitally important for good heart health as well as good overall general health as well.

Based on the connection between fish oil and cholesterol health and regulation, the American Heart Association recommends that individuals at risk of developing cholesterol issues and heart health issues strive to add essential fatty acids to their diet.

This can be done through high-quality omega-3 supplements or the consumption of certain species of fish, including mackerel, anchovies, salmon, tuna and hoki.

The American Heart Association recommends consuming these fish varieties at least twice per week in order to take full advantage of the health benefits that their essentially fatty acids provide to heart health and cholesterol regulation.

Fish oil and Cholesterol studies have also shown that a very high quality fish oil supplement high in omega 3 fatty acids can be just as effective in boosting healthy cholesterol as eating fish, without the possible dangers of heavy metal contamination.

Because fish oil and cholesterol are so strongly linked, it’s important to be aware of this natural treatment.
